I took my daughter there last week and we waited for almost an hour and 15 minutes to be seen by Dr. Goldberg. Today I had my appointment and waited for over an hour before being seen by the doctor. When I voiced my frustrations with sitting there for over an hour and still not being seen, I was told that it was a busy time of year and that they couldn't control it. I asked why do they take appointments if they can't honor them and got a blank stare.

Hope was so helpful making the exact adjustment so that my glasses fit better and I could read better with the progressives. She was kind enough to clean my old glasses which a lense always popped out when wiping them. Even though they were my old pair that I hadn’t even gotten from Pearl Vision, she proceeded to re-string them so the lense would stay in place! She went above and beyond her duty and I was very pleased with her help. I really like this location and will be going back from now on. Very helpful staff!
