I am so happy with the results of my cataract surgery. My vision is fabulous. The office staff as well as the staff at the surgical center were very cordial and professional. My questions were answered fully. I felt so calm going into this procedure. Five stars is not enough! Thank you all.

Dr Varanelli is great! Today at Warren office, Sarah did a great
job with my eye testing., too.
***Updating to add another star. My glasses came back in a week and the prescription is PERFECT. Kim was there when I picked up my glasses and she is SO nice. I was dreading having to deal with the other woman so that was a pleasant surprise.***
If I was rating on just the eye exam I would have given 5 stars. Everything was great until it was time to pick out glasses. The check in was great. Then ladies at the desk were friendly and funny. The tech and doctor who did my exam were great too. Very friendly. And then I asked about glasses. The lady who "helped" me was impersonable, unfriendly and looked at me like I was the biggest inconvenience to ever happen to her. With a deadpan voice and an eye roll, she vaguely waived at the glasses that were "covered by insurance." I was fully prepared to pay out of pocket for some nice frames but she didn't bother to show me anything at all. After I picked out a few she reluctantly gave me her opinion and wasn't happy when I chose not to have the anti-glare. I don't like the anti-glare coating because it makes my lenses looked smudged and oily all the time. I'm used to people helping you through the whole process of picking out glasses. If they do that at vision chains like Americas best, you would think they would do that at a private office. I will probably come back for my next eye exam but not glasses.

The doctors at this office are competent, but the front desk staff are extremely unprofessional. Phone calls are rarely answered, and messages are not returned. The office is disorganized, and this poor administrative management is likely costing them patients.
