  I used to live near a 24 hour pharmacy, so I'm spoiled. I hate the limited hours here, but the prices are better than where I used to go. I dislike the app. They make me call in and speak to someone for refills for Ritalin. I don't know if that's a Kroger thing, or if laws changed, but it's annoying. I miss my old pharmacy.

  Needed a prescription filled same day. They had my order ready in 10 minutes. It was wonderful as I was heading out of town. Always so friendly and knowledgeable!!

  Ty from the pharmacy is a great person. He showed he cared and helped me fix a bad situation. The situation was no fault of anyone's at Kroger, so he went above and beyond.

  Horrible people really rude on the phone. Do not have proper phone adequate horrible pharmacy. Honestly will never use again

  Totally incompetent. Paxlovid has a window where it becomes ineffective. Called down there at 4:14 on the 5th and was told they cannot get this medication. To say the least I was hopping mad but one would think that if they couldn’t get the medication that a light bulb would have gone on to a trained pharmacist saying we need to call this person. The woman I spoke to down there gave me every excuse under the sun as to why they didn’t contact me and said I was rude for being upset. I told her I had every right to be upset because this is my health we are talking about. I am switching Pharmacies immediately!!!!
