I went to The Good Feet store hoping to get some relief from my Plantar Fasciitis pain. The moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by a lovely man named Eric. He offered me a seat and a pair of compression socks. And that was the beginning of what I would call an unethical, high-pressure sales pitch. I didn't realize it at the time. I just thought that he was nice man who was concerned with helping me feel better. He gave me the entire pitch. 2 hours worth of trying on insoles and walking the store to consider my comfort level. He gave me more socks to take with me and cushion inserts to cover my insoles to make them more comfortable. He guaranteed me that after 90 days of wearing my insoles, my pain would be completely gone. And after I had spent 2 hours with him, he hit me with the price. OVER $1500!!! We couldn't really afford it but I was in so much pain my husband was willing to do anything to help me. So we paid for the insoles. Well, it's been 109 days and there is ZERO difference. In fact, I have more pain - since wearing the insoles is moderately painful. And, while you might think I didn't follow the rules and that is why they didn't work, you would be wrong. I am one of those people that goes above and beyond the "Dr's" orders. I wore the insoles constantly. The only time I didn't wear them was in the shower and in bed. Now, I don't blame Eric. He was only doing his job. (I might consider a different job if I were him but maybe he circumstances prevents that.) Either way, it's clear the company does everything they can to hide the price from you until you sit with a sales agent for the 2 hour pitch. And, of course, when you find out that they don't actually work... there is no return policy. You're just SOL. Do yourself a favor and skip The Good Feet Store. Visit a Podiatrist. You'll save money and feel better.

I walked into The Good Feet store with heel and back pain. Standing with the insoles in the store I noticed then that I could stand without a pulsing pain in my lower back and hip but I wanted to wait to write a review. I have been wearing the insoles system for 2 months now and have noticed how much more I am moving because I don’t have the pain I had before. What I’ve also noticed that when I do have pain I can say that it’s when I wear shoes without the insoles or when I walk barefoot. I would 100% buy these again and feel like they were worth every penny!

Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store

How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?

Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.

I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?

Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
