  The front office staff does not answer the phone or return calls to patients. Making it very difficult to make an appointment when calls are not answered or returned. The clinical team does a great job, but the front office staff makes it difficult to get to a clinical staff.

  I’ve been a patient at this clinic for over six years. I started seeing Dr Zylinsky during a time when my anxiety was really interfering with my ability to function. I was overwhelmed and scared, and another provider I saw at the time told me I needed inpatient care, which only made my anxiety worse and I was really afraid to trust another provider again. Dr Zylinsky approached things very differently. She was incredibly patient, kind, and steady, and helped me feel like what I was dealing with was manageable. With her support, I have been able to get stable and move forward, and I’m now living a much fuller and healthier life. I’m really surprised by the negative reviews on here. Honestly, I’m glad I didn’t see those reviews before I first reached out, they would have freaked me out. I’ve called here so many times over the years and have found the staff straightforward and competent, and they take care of what is needed. I know I can’t speak for everyone, but I’ve been here for so long without any issues at all, and wanted to share my experience. I hope that anyone who needs help gives Perspectives a try, because calling here and working with Dr. Zylinsky is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself.

  Never been here before, but I showed up for my FIRST appointment and never got called in. My appointment was at noon, I waited from 1145-1230. I was suppose to see Charles. I knocked on the door, tried signing in through their ipad(it was locked), and called 4 times. This is very poor service and I do not recommend this place for anyone. The lack of communication through their paper work process is unorganized and trash.

  Didn’t realize how bad the service was for everyone else. Been coming here for years with late doctors, lack luster therapy ( besides Eric Nordquist, I do recommend) and absurd bills. The service is not worth it and the system is a nightmare. If you’re looking for care, don’t come here.
