- NKN KJan 6, 20265.0When we stopped in the Lens Crafters inside Macy’s Somerset, it was a busy day and we were greeted by a nice employee. We let her know that we were looking for glasses for our whole family. She helped us and when we had a question, another employee was available who was even friendlier and remembered us from the previous year! Her name is Wedad and she was so kind and patient with us. She helped my kids pick out frames that they really liked and gave her most kindest and honest opinion when they were deciding. I specifically remembered her helpfulness and knowledge of new items this year. Wedad went above and beyond to make my kids happy with what they chose. We were all so glad we stopped in!

- FFFeliciaDec 31, 20255.0On Sunday I came out and met a beautifal sales lady names Ashorena at the end of the night, right before wrapping up. She patiently worked with me and I ended up coming back Tuesday to finalize the frame I would like to wear and helped me tremendously. They did not have any AVAILABLE eye exam before the end of the year, so they redirected me to the location downstairs to squeeze me in before the end of the year. Even though I was helped downstairs i felt selfish and came back to see Wedad to let her know, she told me she was so happy regardless and did not see me as a walking dollar sign. Spiritually I felt they really cared about me and they need to really be recongized on the professionalism they show to LensCrafters. I am so happy and blessed I met Ashorena and Wedad they are both amazing woman. And for anyone who is reading this, they care and they value of making sure that your eyes are getting the proper attention you need to see the world properly.
