- KKkj k3 days ago1.0In my opinion: This location has a great selection of eyewear, but my most recent experience was extremely frustrating. I came in for an eye exam and ordered both glasses and sunglasses. The exam itself was fine, but the ordering process turned into a long ordeal. Staff repeatedly pushed EyeMed insurance (which is affiliated with LensCrafters) and insisted it would be the best option, even before confirming my actual insurance. After about 30 minutes of comparisons, we discovered my real insurance was nearly $1,000 cheaper than what they were recommending. From there the experience went downhill. My order was entered incorrectly, the “promise dates” for pickup kept changing, and when I returned after receiving a pickup text, the store only had one pair ready — and it had the wrong lenses installed due to an ordering mistake. I’m now still waiting for the corrected pair with no update despite being told "we will reach out to you tomorrow with an update" (it has been 3 additional days). I intentionally ordered early for an upcoming trip, but the delays and errors have made the whole process stressful. After several years as a customer, this experience has unfortunately made me lose confidence in this location.
