I spent a lot of out of pocket money and thought I would have at least received lens cleaner, a eye glass cloth for cleaning but none of that was provided or suggested.

While the doctors are knowledgeable and provide good care, Dr Sistick specifically, my experience with the front office staff was disappointing. The employees appeared disengaged and uninterested in helping. When I asked about pricing, I was cut off with a “no” before my question was fully heard. One staff member repeatedly claimed she couldn’t hear me, despite clearly responding to other parts of the conversation, which felt dismissive. Unfortunately, the unpleasant attitude of the staff made the overall experience frustrating, despite the quality of the doctors. I was quoted $190 and $286 for the same contact lenses and same quantity-if it tells you how they deal with customers.

Wow talk about a rip off !!! My glasses had cracked near the bridge and I brought them in to see if they could be repaired. The woman looked up my details and straight away said oh you need a new frame, I said can you not repair them and she said no in a abrupt voice and then proceeded to tell me that it would be $316. That’s more than what I actually paid for the glasses and lenses. I then went to another LensCrafters and it was way cheaper to get another frame and I also got discount besides getting 25% off the frame which the woman failed to tell me. Garbage customer service !!!!!!!!

Brittany was great! She was attentive to what I was asking, gave great advice, and went over all my options.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
