Didn't have any knowledge on BVD or visual snow syndrome, left us in the waiting room for close to 45 minutes if not more because they just didn't tell the Dr I was there or had an appointment. Paid for the special service for eye exam pictures, the doctor didn't even know I had them done, I had to explicitly ask. When she noticed a spot on my images she just said she wasn't worried, nothing about what it was or when it would be a cause for worry. When I initially arrived I made it clear that I only wanted an eye exam and no glasses, I wanted a full prescription so I would be able to get my own glasses (at a place that doesn't just rip you off) and when it came time to pay and finish my prescription (needed pupil distance) they refused and said it was only if I buy glasses from them. Would have been great to know BEFORE all of this since I still can't get glasses. Paid too much money to spend nearly 3 hours in an empty eye glass store to essentially get nothing that I came for.
