When I asked why it’s taking so long and what’s the point of having an appointment if I’m not going to be seen at my scheduled time, I got no response. I eventually gave up and left and was never seen. I respected the doctor’s time and showed up on time, but the same respect was not extended to me. As if I have all day to sit around waiting for her to see me. There are plenty of other places you can get an eye exam, there is no reason to subject yourself to this location’s lack of time management. It’s my own fault for not trusting the other reviews.
