Lindy is a true professional that takes the time to get to know her clients and their specific needs. I was able to take my device for a "test drive" before making the decision to buy and was amazed at what a difference it made in my day to day life! Because of my hearing loss it was starting to effect my speech without my realizing it until I could hear the difference by using a hearing aid. As an added bonus, my wife is less frustrated with me because she doesn't have to repeat herself all the time! The after care I have received since my purchase is top notch. Every 6 months Lindy has me come in to make sure everything is working properly and to make any needed adjustments. If you are contemplating a hearing device I highly recommend Miracle Ear.
