  They had a wide variety and the price was really good but you have to be careful cause they were kind of sneaky. They put the warranty on there for $60 and didn’t even ask me if I wanted it. And then they did the same thing with the Anti-glare. So it is a good place to go in a really good deal, but you have to watch them and be careful cause they will sneak stuff on.

  I Took my mom, who has dimensia, to Eye Mart Express in Traverse City today. Couldn't have had a better experience. Everyone was helpful and understanding and my mom left there happy and excited to get an eye exam and new glasses. Truthfully I wasn't sure how the appointment was going to go as she was having a bad day (she was very tired and had fallen just before we got to this appointment) but Dr. Marc Austhof was very patient and kind with her and the optician we worked with, Hope, was very kind and made my mom laugh. For 2 hours after her exam, until we could get back to pick the glasses up, she kept saying how much she was looking forward to getting her new glasses. Thank you!

  Altogether, our experience was excellent. The entire process only took one hour. The person who took care of us, Hope, was terminally delightful. Also, no matter how busy it got, Hope made sure to welcome everyone and let everyone know they will be tended to shortly. She did this while never making us feel neglected. Hope was truly amazing and a perfect representative for the business.

  Opticians very friendly, helped me with picking out 2 new frames. I was pleased to be there when they were doing their buy one get one free sale! Thanks Jennifer! Also when I went to pick my glasses up, (the lenses needed to be made off site because of my PD), the staff that was there, I didn’t catch their names but they were very personable and I enjoyed chatting with them while they were adjusting. Thanks you guys! I had a poor experience at the previous optical I was at the same day I went to pick out my glasses and Eyemart Express turned my day around!

  Could not have asked for a better experience! I'm relatively new to the area and came here as it was recommended by a colleague. The customer service representative that I worked, David was phenomenal. The eye doctor, Mark was equally phenomenal. The eye exam was thorough by both mark and his assistant and I felt well cared for. Again , David , the specialist on the floor that helped me pick out my frames and lenses could not have been more helpful, professional and kind. The prices were fantastic, especially with the insurance program I have. I will say, having had to buy corrective lenses with no insurance in the past even without ibsurance the prices are really great! one pair of glasses was finished for me in about a 1/2 an hour. The other pair was ordered, simply because I'm blind , lol and need special order lenses. Anxiously awaiting the arrival of the 2nd pair. I highly recommend coming here and I definitely will go nowhere else for all of my eye care needs.
