The staff and Dr Stewart are very caring and supportive and provide excellent assistance. Plus the technology makes appointments easy and pain/dilation free.

On the first of December, I called Lens Crafters to verify when my eyeglasses coverage ends...The Lady told me it expires the day I picked up my glasses which was the 2nd week of January, and to bring them in the first of the month and they can get claim started to correct glass since my were scratched and I didn't need new prescription....cost would be $25. Today, 1/3/26, I walked in and they told me that my warranty was invalid since the purchase date was mid December. In order to get them fixed it would cost $$. The manager or lady in charge wouldn't even look at me nor come and talk to me. LensCrafters scammed me out of my warranty. And didn't even want to help me. Nor have the time to talk with me. I been going here for years and the customer service today worries me in how they treat everyone. Specially long term customers. I will be looking around for a new place to purchase my future glasses.

Kenzie did a wonderful and thorough job helping me select my eye glasses. Once again, I gravitated to the Ray-Bans frames and she helped me realize the first pair I selected was not going to work because of the high bridge height on the frame made the lens position too low. She patiently waited for me to select a different pair of Ray-Bans and we ended up using the online smart shopper tool to order a different colored fame that was not in store. She also verified with me the type of lenses I wanted and even double checked the order before finalizing it. Kenzie had a positive attitude throughout the whole process and she made me feel like she cared. Everyone at Lenscrafters is really nice and willing to answer questions. I recommend shopping there for sure!

In this day and age, customer service seems to have gone down the drain. But you all did everything well. From getting me checked in, to the first part of the eye exam, to sitting with the doctor and speaking to him. And he spoke a version of English I could understand lol. Excellent visit. What was especially noteworthy was how many people were in there at first when I arrived. Yet I was still attended to in a timely manner. Excellent customer service!! I’ll be back to grab some frames and a prescription. You guys and gals do a wonderful job. Really. I thank you all. See you soon.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
