On the first of December, I called Lens Crafters to verify when my eyeglasses coverage ends...The Lady told me it expires the day I picked up my glasses which was the 2nd week of January, and to bring them in the first of the month and they can get claim started to correct glass since my were scratched and I didn't need new prescription....cost would be $25.
Today, 1/3/26, I walked in and they told me that my warranty was invalid since the purchase date was mid December. In order to get them fixed it would cost $$.
The manager or lady in charge wouldn't even look at me nor come and talk to me.
LensCrafters scammed me out of my warranty.
And didn't even want to help me. Nor have the time to talk with me. I been going here for years and the customer service today worries me in how they treat everyone. Specially long term customers. I will be looking around for a new place to purchase my future glasses.

Marissa, the pre tech, was so delighted to help me she actually did a little dance and smiled welcoming me starting the doctor's visit. During the exam, doctor Stewart asked me all the questions I needed to further understand my prescription and informed me on how my eye health is developing. He did a couple more tests on me than what other eye doctors have done for me in the past at different eye places. Jen and Kenzie helped me pick out eye glasses that looked the best on me. Oddly enough they told me a different pair looked better on me than what I previously thought would be best personally and I ended up agreeing. Both were Ray Bans though. I just got to say that it is really helpful having the dynamic staff at Lens Crafters to make the whole eyeglasses experience great! They are really friendly, kind, understanding, and super knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

In this day and age, customer service seems to have gone down the drain. But you all did everything well. From getting me checked in, to the first part of the eye exam, to sitting with the doctor and speaking to him. And he spoke a version of English I could understand lol. Excellent visit. What was especially noteworthy was how many people were in there at first when I arrived. Yet I was still attended to in a timely manner. Excellent customer service!! I’ll be back to grab some frames and a prescription. You guys and gals do a wonderful job. Really. I thank you all. See you soon.

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
