The ladies were so kind and they made me feel so comfortable. I had plenty of space and time to browse on my own, and I had multiple associates offer their help along the way. I’m so bad with names, but two associates in particular helped me pick the perfect frames, along with the optician (optometrist? ophthalmologist? sorry) himself!! Everyone was friendly. They laughed at my jokes. They complimented my hair clip. I would hang out with them all day. AND, my glasses were ready in 7 minutes. 7 MINUTES can you believe that? Seriously, the best experience all around. I cannot praise the team enough. If you care about a welcoming and supportive customer experience, Eyemart Express is the place for you. Gold star, 10/10, I’ll be sending them a fruit basket for their fantastic work

Staff was all very friendly, helpful, and willing to ask questions, explain, and work around issues my sister had with her glasses/lenses. Overall, my family and I had a great experience here and look forward to coming back again next year!
