Dr. Stewart listened to my concerns and gave me recommendations on dry eye/ eye allergy issues on top of doing the exam. Stacie did a great job at explaining things too and helped price out different options. 100% would recommend to anyone!

- OBOlivia BFeb 17, 20263.0I dont usually have a bad experience with any staff or the Dr they are always SUPER nice but I had an appointment that I had a confirmation for that I set up online like I had previously, I dove over an hour to get there (because I like it there) for them to tell me my appointment was canceled and someone else had taken the spot. I didn't cancel my appointment one of THEIR staff members did (one of the other staff members told me this i do not remember a first name of the person that canceled it but her last name was Short i believe) I did NOT ask for my appointment to be canceled and I didn't receive anything about it being canceled. Luckily they had an opening still .... 3 1/2 hours after my original appointment time but I still was not and am not happy. The staff that were there and Dr Stewart were super nice and apologetic about the situation but hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else. Im debating on going somewhere else in the future as I dont want to drive over an hour there again next year for the same thing to happen. 5 stars to Dr Stewart and the nice staff that were there but 3 stars for all the chaos and appointment cancelation that I DID NOT ASK FOR.
