  Today I finally received answers I have been looking for for quite some time. Beyond that, from check in to check out and everything in between was beyond exceptional. Dr Ward was very welcoming, warm and understanding while providing information and a card helping me with my inhaler cost. Thankful to have found her and her team!

  Three visits to date with still more to come. Every person, not just Dr. Howe, that I had contact with were very professional with their work/help. They are not only working with my problems but going above and beyond for solutions to others. I just wish more people in their jobs were this helpful. Thanks ladies. You are the best. Addition: It is with great joy and sadness that I post this remark. Joy because I have finally found a result to my allergy problems, and sadness that it looks like I am finished seeing all the friends and folks at Bayside Allergy. Their excellent professional help was great. Goodbye for now Dr. Howe, Keeeeegan, Morgan, and the entire staff. I wish all of you the best because you are the best. Jim Calder

  Really hard to get into this place in a decent amount of time unless there is a cancellation. Scheduled about a month out. Scheduled an appointment (for a wednesday) and was told they would be sending paperwork in the mail. As of Saturday, 4 days before the appointment, I have not received any paperwork. My major complaint however is they called me today (2 days before my appointment) to let me know that you have to be off all antihistimines for 5 days before your appointment. They should have either called Friday (5 days before) the appointment or sent their paperwork in a more timely fashion because now I had to reschedule! I may edit this review after my appointment, but as of right now..not happy with this place.. UPDATE Had the appointment. Never did receive paperwork from them. I told them on the phone when they called to confirm the appointment that I never received it and they just said I had to print it off myself and bring it in. So, neither of my appointments that was originally scheduled June 25th (scheduled in May) and my rescheduled appointment July 3rd had paperwork sent to me for. I did not have too long of a wait in the waiting room to be seen. Dr. Howe was helpful and knowledgable and gave me some good tips. Original review I gave 1 star because of lack of paperwork and information about antihistimines usage in advance of appointment and the inconvenience to reschedule especially during the cherry festival.. Updated to 2 stars because of short waiting period and Dr.. seems like a nice place once you're thru all the paperwork and initial appointment..

  Our son had an appointment at 2 o clock to see Dr. Howe needless to say she didn't arrive in the room until 2:45. Only for her to have the worst bedside manner I have ever encountered. Would not answer my husband's questions but would instead look at me and ask my thoughts. I told her I would rather do the blood work rather than poking him and basically looked at me like I was stupid. Ok, then maybe you should explain to me what the scenario needs to be to have blood work done. Then to only poke him for the two things that we already knew he was allergic to. I should of known better since I seen Dr. McClellan only for him to tell me to take allergra twice a day. That wasn't the solution that I wanted. Will not be returning back and will tell everyone I meet about our poor experience here.
