  My Grandma has been using this service for a little while to get help getting around to places and appointments. Lately we found out the lady helping her, Althea (not sure the exact spelling), has been walking away with her purse and recently we counted her cash beforehand to see if she’d do it again and after getting back home she had taken over $200 in cash. I don’t care how munch money a person has in their purse… to take advantage of a senior citizen is disgusting and this business should be ashamed. After calling the business they refused to do anything about their worker and just told us to call the police. I will NEVER recommend such a shady business who doesn’t take responsibility for their workers. This woman should be fired immediately. Take your elderly loved ones and use another business, if this one won’t take appropriate responsibility. Very disappointed.

  The staff are friendly and kind, but the agency is very disorganized. They’ve failed to show up for my scheduled rides twice, causing me to miss important appointments. This doesn’t just affect me—other people are depending on me to be there, too. It’s frustrating that these missed rides seem to happen without much concern from the agency. I hope they take reliability more seriously, because their clients count on them.

  There were a few minor hiccups at the beginning of my mom's healthcare, but I imagine that would happen anywhere with starting something new. Whenever I did have a problem or a concern, it was immediately addressed. The staff was always friendly and more than willing to address any and all concerns. They worked hard at finding the right fit for my mom. I would highly recommend them for your health care needs.

  Every person we have talked to at Friends Of The Family Is amazing. They do not treat you like a number. It is not easy for people to reach out for help because we all think we can do things ourselves. But there comes a time when help is needed so we can all stay strong for our loved ones.They all have compassion and treat you like you are a member of their own family. I would highly recommend Friends Of The Family. We will be using them for as long as we need to. 100% Five stars!

  Staff have gone above and beyond for my Aunt, a new client who needed medical equipment. Rebekah heard of an issue, acquired and delivered the needed medical equipment. A wonderful group.
