  I called this company trying to retrieve my W-2s. They told me that they mailed them out and I told them that I did not receive them. The lady in the office told me that I could download an app and retrieve my W-2s that way. I tried calling back and telling her that I was having trouble with the app, but she wasn’t friendly at all. She told me multiple times that I could come into the office and pick up my W-2 after I told them multiple times that I was unable to do so at the moment. They told me that They would send my W-2s in the mail one more time and I was very thankful for that. I called today following up asking if they sent that W-2 yet just to see when I should be expecting it in the mail and they were so rude, I’ve never seen a company act this way. Tracy was the rudest one and I feel so bad that this company has these people working for them.

  Friends of the Family came through for my family from day one. I was in town visiting my parents from Texas and I was actually catching a flight later that day. The owner came out to meet with my family and I on short (less than a day) notice. She paired a caregiver with my parents who was the perfect fit. She clearly knew how to approach them, communicate with them and be successful in caring for them. Her training and experience/expertise as a caregiver were obvious. The agency was really great about communicating concerns, issues, etc. given my sister and I live out of town and were not able to see my parents on a daily or weekly basis. The agency was more than fair and flexible and so incredibly easy to work with from a scheduling standpoint. I highly recommend Friends of the Family Home Health Care. You won't be disappointed!! ***Special thanks to Kristy who was an absolute angel in caring for my aging parents. Her heart is in what she does on a daily basis and she clearly has a passion for caring for others!***

  Called for help for my mom They sent some one within a few hours. Would recommend them if you need help. Will absolutely call them in the future if needed! Such great customer service!

  Friends of the Family was SO incredibly helpful when my Dad was transitioning from an Assisted Living facility to nursing home level of care! They were extremely knowledgeable about the facilities we were considering, and very informative about how to navigate ratings, recommendations, and survey information from Medicare for each facility. Most importantly, the staff was kind, caring, compassionate and supportive during such a difficult time for my family! I would HIGHLY recommend Friends of the Family!!!

  I called a number of home care companies yours was the only one that would come out immediately and I needed immediate help. The nurse that came out Rebecca was so kind and respectful and she made me feel comfortable right away she may have saved my life she realized how high my blood pressure was and how dangerous it was and she told me to go to the ER immediately by the time I got to the ER EMS took me my blood pressure was 227 over 103 headed right for another stroke. I need it home care because I had a stroke in September, 2025. I needed immediate help and I got it when I called this home care company I would recommend it to anyone and anyone thank you again Rebecca. You may have saved my life you certainly saved me from another stroke. I will be forever grateful for your help and attention.
