This was a tuesday at 6pm we got out of our appointment and I needed to get his new prescription and glasses by Thursday because we are leaving friday morning. Wendy to the rescue! My wife called lenscrafters and Wendy said she could make it happen. We went in prescription in hand picked out frames and they will be ready the next day. Wendy was professional, funny, and efficient. We were in and out of there in under 20 minutes I bet. All after 6pm on a tuesday. Thanks again, Wendy! My son the goalie says thanks as well!

After $410, I think the prescription should have been correct. Got a new exam, and had to wait for several days to pick up new lenses. Was told it would take thirty minutes. Got there as soon as they opened and was told it would be two hours. Besides all that, Dr Sherry had attitude because I had to go back.All because she didn’t prescribe properly. I’m sure they will make it without my business . But I will tell everyone how poorly they operate. On a side note, the sales person was perfect!
