- BTBill Thompson3 days ago5.0I work out at this gym. The facility is very large and roomy. There are duplicate machines so there is very short wait time if the machines are in use. There are free weights with pulley machines and stand alone benches for the more serious lifters and two rows of single use machines called isolation machines for a total body workout. Numerous treadmills and stair climbers as well as elliptical machines, stationary bikes. Too many to list. There are seperate spacious locker rooms, one for the men and one for the ladies. Showers are available. The locker room for the men is very neat and well kept. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. This location has tanning beds for those who are VIP members which cost extra. I highly recommend this gym to anyone from the serious gym rat to the beginners. Have to start somewhere.
