Went here for first time in a decade because they accepted my new insurance, (humana). Dr was extremely nice and thorough but that was the extent of my good thoughts about the place. Started looking a frames and found everything ridiculously overpriced, cheapest ones i could find were $110 just for frames, most were at or OVER $200 again JUST FOR FRAMES. Ended up picking out a "bargin" pair that my out of pocket cost was $186 and that's WITHOUT using my benefits. Had i used my insurance my out of pocket would've been $288, and thats for a no frills pair, not the thinnest lenses, no blue block, no tint, etc. They advertise "designer frames" and they truly are problem is they're not quality frames, if they were you wouldn't have to buy an additional warranty. Camp to pick them up and all I got for my nearly $200 pair of glasses was a soft sided carrying SACHEL/BAG, not even a soft case. I won't return for sure.

Came in for a eye contact exam, and Dr. Haddad was amazing! I booked the appointment urgently same day and came in the place within 15 minutes and I walked out with my new prescription, and contacts. Great staff!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
