My son's eyes got worse and he has a hockey tournament coming up. This was a tuesday at 6pm we got out of our appointment and I needed to get his new prescription and glasses by Thursday because we are leaving friday morning. Wendy to the rescue! My wife called lenscrafters and Wendy said she could make it happen. We went in prescription in hand picked out frames and they will be ready the next day. Wendy was professional, funny, and efficient. We were in and out of there in under 20 minutes I bet. All after 6pm on a tuesday. Thanks again, Wendy! My son the goalie says thanks as well!

All was well and good until I got my glasses.$410.00. Had issues so I returned and was told I could use a magnifier glass! Are you kidding me????? After $410, I think the prescription should have been correct. Got a new exam, and had to wait for several days to pick up new lenses. Was told it would take thirty minutes. Got there as soon as they opened and was told it would be two hours. Besides all that, Dr Sherry had attitude because I had to go back. All because she didn’t prescribe properly. I’m sure they will make it without my business . But I will tell everyone how poorly they operate. On a side note, the sales person was perfect!

I had a great experience at this location! Brianna went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect glasses. She was extremely patient with me and even helped me find a pair of glasses online. I highly recommend this location. I truly appreciate the great service she provided.

My family and I have come here for years, and we absolutely love Dr. Brown! I was way over due for an eye exam and decided to come here, although my insurance is for svs. The main reason I chose to come here was because of Dr. Brown! She has an amazing attitude and treats you like you're the only thing that matters in that moment. I will come here to get my eye exams, whether they take my insurance or not, as long as Dr. Brown is working here.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
