Crazy that my medicine has been on hold for 7 days and when I call them I can hear them pick up the phone and hang up on me. Ive been going here for 8 years and never had this issue.

I will be reporting the manager of this pharmacy, LINDA, to the board. Her pharmacy tech made a clear error yesterday giving my husband the WRONG script. Now when speaking on the phone she kept referring to me as “honey” and refused to acknowledge her pharmacy tech's faults. At the beginning of the conversation, she said the correct script would be filled today. After our argument, she decided that she was going to no longer fulfill my script. She said that they “no longer had the medicine to fulfill my prescription”. This is a clear violation of MISCONDUCT and will be reporting her to the board. The only other reason that she could be refusing to fill my script is obvious, she lacks the proper qualifications.

I previously contacted Kroger HQ to say what a spectacular job the people at the pharmacy were doing. Well, that was then and this is now. It's gone from 5 stars to 1 -and that is being generous. Since getting rid of the head pharmacist, Rima, the place has become not only inept, but verging on dangerous! I got a prescription for a medical mouth wash. The instructions printed by the pharmacy says to apply it 3 times a day with a Q-Tip! A -MOUTH WASH- One of many screw-ups. They are total incompetents when it comes to filling out a prescription also. If I get a 30-day supply of something and then call in for the refill on day 30, it's still not ready 3 days later. What, I'm supposed to go without my medication for 3 (or more) days? Again, this is dangerous. When you complain, they just tell you they're too busy. Yesterday, my wife called about 2 prescriptions that were hand-delivered the day before. She was told by phone the following day that they'd be ready when she came in. When she got there she was then told they'd be ready in a few minutes. After doing all the grocery shopping she was told again they would be ready in a few minutes. (sound familiar?). Then, after all that she was told that one of the medications wasn't available and to come back in a day or two. Others at the counter were also livid. Kroger pharmacy - just shut down. You can't do your job and you're destined to cause serious harm to your customers with your ineptitude. Goodbye, and good riddance!
