  I’ve worked with pharmacies and pharmacists in my time in the medical field. This pharmacy doesn’t even deserve one star. They are not professional, incompetent, and puts all pharmacies to shame. If your refills are denied they don’t contact you at all, they blame the doctors or insurance company for everything. You put in requests and they never tell you when it’s ready and then when it is and you go get it, it’s still not ready. How they are still operating is beyond me. This pharmacy deserves a -0 because they are that horrible. I wouldn’t recommend my dog get a prescription from this pharmacy and I don’t have a dog so that says a lot. Please if you have a prescription go elsewhere don’t walk run from this pharmacy.

  They refuse to sell insulin needles to a diabetic. I was told to go elsewhere.

  They really do try and honestly the most responsive and communicative pharmacy I've had in years. Not perfect but I acknowledge the effort.

  Wait times are horrible. I thought Walgreens was bad, Kroger is so much worse. 2-4 hours wait to fill one script and doesn't pay attention. Had a 5 minute argument filling my teenagers medication because my son didn't show his ID regardless how many times I told them he couldn't cuz he was a minor without govt ID. Finally when a mgr got involved they let up about it but still wasted my time.
