    This is the worst Kroger Pharmacy I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. Every time I refill my prescription there is some issue that comes up and it takes forever to get filled and now they’ve gotten the quantities wrong. They blame the doctors office and the doctors office blames them. But this never happened at my old CVS pharmacy and it’s the same doctors office.

    I primarily come here to pick up prescriptions, however occasionally I will buy Kroger brand low dose aspirin, Kroger brand diphenhydramine. They have really good prices on their store brands.

    Wow. Jenn the pharmacy aid told me she could care less about about my Rx, because she was supposed be out 30 mins ago. Not knowing the Rx was for my mother insulin. That is very rude for someone who works in customer service. I called the corporate office in Cincinnati Ohio. Complaint # 840-14839

    I commend this pharmacy and their staff. They are so very helpful. Tony is top notch and so is Dan. I’ve been dealing with a very frustrating issue with a prescription and Tony has went above and beyond for me.
