Every time I refill my prescription there is some issue that comes up and it takes forever to get filled and now they’ve gotten the quantities wrong. They blame the doctors office and the doctors office blames them. But this never happened at my old CVS pharmacy and it’s the same doctors office.

My family has used Kroger pharmacy for years (since the store opened) and have always been taken care of and treated well. Jennifer, Tony and Don have always been great. I just had an issue with one of my meds and Tony took care of it immediately. When the Dr's office messed up Kroger fixed it. Greatly appreciate the pharmacy and the staff.

You talk to one person and get a completely different answer from another person. They claim it’s an issue with your insurance but when you call your insurance they say it’s on them. Go anywhere but this Kroger to refill your prescriptions.
