  I am an 48 year old woman who has been lifting at the gym for over 30 years with an attitude of knowing almost everything. However I’ve been experiencing pain in my neck along wi sciatica. I’ve recently seen James Morris at Gym Rat and he exceeded my expectations largely! I came to him for some exercises to help myself with this problem due to repetitive movements with my occupation that I cannot avoid! He suggested dry needling along with therapy exercises. He accomplished so much in just one hour. He was extremely efficient with his time and expertise! He’s knowledgeable, kind and clean! I will most definitely make more appointments and recommend him as the BEST!! He also communicates the exercises very well!

  Highly recommend James at Gym Rat PT! I went in for my back and he helped me with different stretches and exercises to strengthen and heal the problem areas. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me and why we were doing these specific exercises. Not only does my back feel better, but he helped me feel stronger and more confident with strengthening my back to further my progress.

  Dr. James was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. I truly thought I would need surgery after having nerve dysfunction after a herniated lumber disc. Now I am back to full activities, including full-swing golfing. I could not more highly recommend him.

  If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. James is a great physical therapist. I have seen James for recovery from a right total hip replacement and I know working with James has been a huge part of how quickly I recovered. I enjoy the atmosphere of the Gym Rat. James is personable, professional, so easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable in his field. He is very encouraging and does not work you to the point of pain. Above all, he’s patient and thorough. I always left physical therapy feeling better than I did when I arrived. I highly encourage you to see James, you won’t be disappointed!

  I have been going to Gym Rat for the last 7 weeks for Physical Therapy and have seen good progress. I was injured in a car accident and chairbound with a broken femur and wrist. James is very knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. I am still in some pain and he knows when to ease up or push you harder. He seems like he genuinely cares and is very patient, always encouraging. Also the added bonus is, it's conveniently located in Stevensville. Thanks, James for being there for me in my recovery stage. Jane Bongiorno
