Tom was excellent with his presentation. Can’t wait to see how these inserts work out….
Ok.. so it’s the end of day two and my back feels worse than before. I use to have pain only on one side of my lower back and now it’s continuous pain across my entire lower back and left knee. I followed the instructions to a T, wearing the first pair for only an hour. Then the 2nd pair 90 mins. 3rd pr rest of the day….
Ok…. I’ll be back after day 3. But as of now I’m regretting this because it cost too darn much!
Currently resting with 2 8hr Tylenol and a heating pad…

Been having bad foot pain the past few years, tried a few different insoles and shoes/boots but nothing was really working perfectly. Came in to see about inserts and Luma was able to get my feet measured and shaped out for a pair of inserts, very noticeable with the inserts in. The balance and filling in my arch feel much better, going to start wearing my inserts and looking forward to the relief these will provide.

Tom gave my husband very good advice. My husband couldn’t make up his mind on the day of the visit. He wants to consult his orthopedist first, but I’m certain we’ll be back to take advantage of the solution that Tom proposed. My husband has Parkinson’s and his mobility is declining rapidly. We see the solution that Tom offered as a good way to reduce the amount of time my husband will eventually spend in a wheelchair. I offered to pay for the visit, and the hour consultation was free. I am certain we will buy the three step solution in a couple of weeks, after my husband has had time to think about it.

We didn’t know what to expect when we walked in. Luma exceeded our expectations! She was extremely knowledgeable about the product. Explaining every step of the way. My husband and I couldn’t believe the improvement in our balance posture and pain after the insertion of their orthotics. This was LIFE CHANGING! Thank you The Good Feet Store and LUMA!!!
