  Today I lost my keys I couldn't find them and I was asking around and I was so thankful a lady named Samantha had turned them in one of the workers. the customer service rep was so kind and sweet and searched and found them in the back room and said a lady named Samantha soon as I dropped them turned them in. Samantha was an employee there.I just want to post this and say thank you Samantha and customer service rep for all your assistance.

  On multiple occasions, I receive a text message that says prescription is ready. I go there to pick up a prescription however it is not ready. Some of them were vital medications. We talked to the manager about this issue. She said she was not aware that this was happening. She said she would try to fix this issue. However, we are still having this issue again and again.Unfortunately, I would have to change the pharmacy.

  RITE AID COSTUMERS STAY AWAY!!! Went to pick up meds for both parents, same insurance they’ve always had. They normally paid $3-$4 after insurance…..at Kroger? They range from $35-$70 each. Not sure if they don’t know what they’re doing or if they’re just more expensive. Either way, looking for different pharmacy. Edit: Had my prescriptions transferred to another Rite Aid, paid $9.36 for the 6 prescriptions. After reading the rest of the reviews looks like this Kroger pharmacy is a mess, will not be coming back.

  Drive thru is ok depending on staff and how busy they are.... been a few times i've waited 5 minutes or more before someone came to the window.... otherwise better than the old store...
