Didn’t really know what to expect and was blown away by the personalized care and time spent ensuring my needs were met. Trey was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I felt confident in my purchase at the Good Feet Store and started noticing a difference in my stride by day 2. I cannot wait to reap the long term benefits of these products. The demonstrations are very eye opening! Highly recommend

Entered the store not really knowing what to expect. I have been suffering with pain in my feet for a while, and I thought this store could provide me with some insight as to how to deal with this problem moving forward. Upon entering the store, I made it clear that I was just seeking information about my issue. I was immediately ushered to sit down in a little ‘cubicle’ area for what felt like a scripted performance with the sole purpose of taking my money as quickly as possible. Not wanting to waste anyone’s time, I even asked straight away “what is the ballpark cost if I end up going through with this here?” To which I was replied with “I won’t know until we take your measurements and determine your specific needs.” I eventually found this to be quite hilarious, given the fact that at the end of the ‘performance’ they pulled out a pre-made laminated piece of paper from behind them on their desk, outlining all the prices, which appear to be the exact same for every customer, given the fact that they align with the numerous complaints you’ll find about this company when you search online rather than just reading these google reviews. And what are the prices you ask? Well they offer 3 packages, the cheapest of which being something like $1,600 and the most expensive being over $2,000. Throughout the ‘performance,’ I was repeatedly told things like “trust me!” “it’s science!” and “we treat you better than anyone else!” I was told that I would have to spend over $6,000 to get the same thing through a podiatrist (which I do not believe to be true, based on my research.) I thought the funniest moment of the whole ‘performance’ is when I was told “We do not use aggressive sales tactics here!” Right amidst the most aggressive sales push I have ever personally experienced. Do yourself a favor, and do some research. Get multiple opinions. See a doctor. Do not leave your physical wellbeing in the hands of a company that so blatantly values your money so highly above everything else. This isn’t to say that their product can’t potentially actually help people who are suffering. But I believe there are multiple avenues to this same relief, most of which will take far less of a hit on your wallet.

I find it hard to believe that this location only has 5 star reviews without reporting to Google for adjusted ratings. This specific location does not have an account on the BBB so I will leave my thoughts here. My mother came here to get custom inserts done for her shoes + shoes themselves. Those work great, no problem there. When she was asked what price range she wants to be in: $1400-$1600 or $1800, she advised the rep she wanted to stick around $1400. Her final bill came out to $1,810.30- no where near the original amount that was discussed. Additionally, she was not shown what was in her bag and assumed it was all for the inserts based on the information given from her rep that assisted her in the store. After getting home and reviewing all of the information and receipt, she was charged for the socks that she was given to use in the store to try on the shoes AND $47.97 for 3 pairs of socks. And to top it off, one of her inserts is completely missing the card that goes above it with the information. After reviewing the purchase she discovered that it is plastered all over, no returns or refunds. Super disappointing- we would have been happier with her purchase if all of the contents in the bag were explained and what she was getting charged. I have done sales for 12+ years and this was clearly someone excited to make the sale and threw everything into the purchase without explaining to the customer where the cost comes from or the intended use. I would NOT recommend this store- I would go elsewhere, there are other companies out there that do the same thing and fully explain what you are purchasing. I am more than happy to discuss our findings if someone would like to reach out to me directly since the BBB is not registered for this location and the store informed my mother that all sales are final and it's a "it is what it is".

Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store

How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?

Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.

I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?

Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
