- MTMichelle TNov 14, 20253.0Becky at the front desk is the sweetest thing, I have nothing bad to say about her. However, since Cody left I have had nothing but issues. Sent one of my hearing aids out for repair and came to pick up ny new one and it was a completely different model and shade of my hearing devices. So Toni never bothered to check what he received until I got there so I had to wait another wk for the correct one to come. Then today I was on my way for my appointment, I called because I was going to be a few minutes late and Toni again said someone cancelled my appt and I actually needed to be rescheduled. Even though I have proof I confirmed my appt. This location aside from Becky is a joke and I will be finding a new location.

Cody has always taken the time to make sure my hearing aids give me the most comfortable sound and works with me if there is ever something not quite right. I always recommend Miracle Ear to anyone who needs hearing aids!
