  I honestly was surprised when I saw all of the one star reviews because at first I had a solid experience with the staff as they are friendly. However, I am prescribed important medication for seizures and I consistently have to call to confirm that the medication is ready since they will tell me one day and then I call back the next day and somehow my medication won’t be ready for another 4 more days. This has happened on multiple instances where I have had to escalate the situation. I cannot drive myself at the moment due to my condition so it’s even more frustrating when they get the dates wrong. I really don’t want to have another seizure and it’s very important that my medication is filled when they say it’s going to be. My advice to everyone is that if you have very serious medication that you need to take on a daily basis then I would recommend shifting pharmacies until they get it together here.

  This pharmacy is terrible. They constantly screw up my prescriptions. And I have been taking the same medications for years. They constantly run out or don't have common prescriptions. They are always late filling my prescriptions. They are no help and don't want to help you when you have a problem. They do not know their computer codes or anything about the insurance providers codes. The incompetence is unbelievable. And it's not like I have had one issue with them. They are guaranteed to screw up at least one of my prescriptions every month. I think it's time to use the Kroger pharmacy and store on 18 and livernois.Everytime I have an issue they where able to help.

  Never had an issue with this pharmacy. Staff is always friendly, Pharmacist has always been knowledgeable, medication is way cheaper than any pharmacy I've been to. I don't even use my insurance because it's cheaper to use GoodRX. They know this and automatically do it now for all my medications.

  INCOMPETENT! This pharmacy needs new employees and a complete training overhaul. I would NOT use this location. They have lost my prescription, failed to find my prescription, etc. etc. Their excuse is always something like ‘I’m not sure which pharmacist messed this up…’. which help them blame someone else. This location is in need of some real help.
