- NFNicholas FosterSep 25, 20251.0I honestly was surprised when I saw all of the one star reviews because at first I had a solid experience with the staff as they are friendly. However, I am prescribed important medication for seizures and I consistently have to call to confirm that the medication is ready since they will tell me one day and then I call back the next day and somehow my medication won’t be ready for another 4 more days. This has happened on multiple instances where I have had to escalate the situation. I cannot drive myself at the moment due to my condition so it’s even more frustrating when they get the dates wrong. I really don’t want to have another seizure and it’s very important that my medication is filled when they say it’s going to be. My advice to everyone is that if you have very serious medication that you need to take on a daily basis then I would recommend shifting pharmacies until they get it together here.

They have lost my prescription, failed to find my prescription, etc. etc. Their excuse is always something like ‘I’m not sure which pharmacist messed this up…’. which help them blame someone else. This location is in need of some real help.
