    Private Duty was very prompt and helpful with my mom. They would always inform me ahead of time when there would be changes to the schedule. They made a great match for my mom and her caregiver. 100% recommend this company.

    I wish we had gone to private duty from the start but unfortunately we had to go through some pretty bad companies before we were introduced to Laurie and her team. 100% attendance rate, 100% satisfaction of caregiver service. We did come across a couple cancellations and no shows, and PD maintained coverage each time, sending a qualified replacement.
