Highly DON’T recommend. I’ve been going here for years (8+). I missed one appointment called and told them I had another appointment that ran over and they said they could no longer schedule an appointment and I’d be treated as a walk in and you know with kids that doesn’t work. I really hate to find another eye doctor but that’s a ridiculous policy to have especially since I called to explain and they have plenty of appointments available on their site. They rather lose 4 customers than to make an accommodations to reschedule a customer for another time.

Today, I had a terrific eye exam at this LensCrafters. Dr. Spalter and the staff were both considerate and professional. The entire process was both efficient but also thoughtful in how each part of my eye exam went as the LensCrafters staff were pleasant from beginning of my arrival to when I left. It was also easy to discuss eye health with Dr. Spalter who shows he cares about his patients the entire time. Great visit!!

Exceptional service from Ari, Altryse and Liz! These ladies are the best and super knowledgeable. They provide special attention and a lot of patience to ensure I was happy with my selected glasses.

I was back in this location to make another purchase just 1 week after my previous purchase. While I will say the initial experience was very lackluster and they leave a lot to be desired from a customer service perspective. Saturday afternoon around 4pm I walk in advise the young lady who offered the very dry greeting that I was there to purchase (shiny black Meta wayfarer frames with clear lens. The one with the smaller bridge) she says ok let me check she comes back with the glasses sits down and then offers me to sit as she asks for my phone number. Now scene set, her colored hair was sticking straight up, she's almost laying down typing and she's smacking on her gum like a cow...ugh. She finds me i ask a couple of questions that she said she couldn't answer based off the previous order but she could see it. I finally find out that she is selling me a tinted lens and I will need to make a return trip to pick up clear lens. I tell her I'd rather not disrupt the integrity of the glasses and would prefer the clear lens as my purchase. She says she has to order it. I offer in that case if i have to come back then just give me the proper model number and I can order online for delivery. She calls over the Store Mgr Lisa who approaches and says "Whats the problem?" with the nasty microagressive disposition. I said I had no clue asking a question equalled problem. I said you know what nevermind and I left. Not just because of the rude lack of customer service culture they clearly have it was also the fact that they prioritized another customer who came after me, even after calling it to her attention. They had no clue that I wasnt going to make the purchase as I am walking out I hear someone say what happened and the rude lazy associate said idk.... I am available for service training and coaching as it seems your current model isn't working.

Had an appointment today I was going to be arriving a little late due to going to wrong location. Which was on me. I called to let them know I would be arriving one minute late to my appointment. Outside of the 10m grace time. I asked if me and my daughter would still be able to be seen? The rude nice nasty receptionist said no. Then she asked the doctor with said no as well said my daughter could be seen but not myself. So I politely decided to go to another location due to treatment. Of just being one minute later. I would for sure just go somewhen else I do not feel bad about spending my money and good care… it’s a no thank you and have a good day for me..

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
