- JCJake Clark2 days ago1.0Visited this location at 10:15 4/11/2026 to have my partner's injured ankle checked out & x-rayed. After searching for an urgent care in network, driving there and walking up (difficult with her injury), we were met with a locked door and empty office. Hours of operation listed on their website were 9-6 and on Google they were 10-6, so we made sure to show up after 10 o'clock but nevertheles they were closed. Sign on door indicated they should have been open but no lights were on, door was locked etc. Very disappointing.

I’ve never had an Urgent Care do that. I felt my wellbeing was the priority over money. I live 30 mins away but would gladly make the drive again to get care!!!

Check-in was quick, the facility was clean and well organized, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Dr. Kattoo took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the plan before I left. I never felt rushed or brushed off, which honestly made a big difference. You can tell this place is well run and that the people who work here actually care about their patients. Highly recommended!
