Staff whose names I forgot to memorize were prompt and courteous, and replaced both nosepieces for free so they matched which I found to be very thoughtful and considerate. I expected to pay for the parts and labor, so that was all a nice surprise in this world of charge for everything. See ya soon for the regular appointment.

I tried to explain to the sales associate that the app was showing the device as “not connected,” yet she kept insisting it was connected and walked away from me in a very unprofessional attitude.My concern wasn’t taken seriously, and I was ultimately left on my own to figure it out. The lack of product knowledge and willingness to assist was disappointing, especially given the price point of the item. I won’t be returning to this location in the future.
