I’ve never had an Urgent Care do that. I felt my wellbeing was the priority over money. I live 30 mins away but would gladly make the drive again to get care!!!

After doing all the required tests — the swab, pee sample, and even a vaginal exam — I never received my results or any proper follow-up. When I called to inquire, I was appalled to learn that my tests were never sent out simply because I wasn’t showing symptoms. This is beyond negligent and irresponsible medical care! I spent over 30 minutes on the phone trying to get answers, only to be met with excuses. On top of this, I was charged a $45 copay for essentially no service or results! This is not only a waste of money but a serious breach of patient trust and care. If you value your health and time, do not go here. This urgent care failed miserably in delivering basic medical service and follow-up. They need to refund my copay immediately and overhaul their system to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Completely disappointed and disgusted by this experience.
