- CMCaitlyn MooreJan 6, 20261.0I recently visited this urgent care on 12/20 for STI testing, and my experience was absolutely unacceptable. After doing all the required tests — the swab, pee sample, and even a vaginal exam — I never received my results or any proper follow-up. When I called to inquire, I was appalled to learn that my tests were never sent out simply because I wasn’t showing symptoms. This is beyond negligent and irresponsible medical care! I spent over 30 minutes on the phone trying to get answers, only to be met with excuses. On top of this, I was charged a $45 copay for essentially no service or results! This is not only a waste of money but a serious breach of patient trust and care. If you value your health and time, do not go here. This urgent care failed miserably in delivering basic medical service and follow-up. They need to refund my copay immediately and overhaul their system to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Completely disappointed and disgusted by this experience.

Staff very friendly and and Dr Katto was the most friendly and understanding Dr. he made me feel comfortable in expressing my concerns!!! ( I’m very apprehensive, in going to doctors.. had some bad experiences. My son visited him prior and my daughter went with me. I’m happy I went ! I went in pain and followed up without pain walked mile and 1/2. Any health concerns I would visit. Will return as needed
- TJTaivia JonesNov 3, 20255.0Express Med Urgent Care is one of the best urgent cares I’ve been to. The receptionist does her best to get you checked in quickly and Dr Katoo is a great doctor. He is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. Every time I’ve been, he listened attentively and diagnosed me correctly, sometimes without even needing to do any testing. Even my teenage daughter has requested to go to him instead of her PCP because of how comfortable she felt with Dr. Katoo during a visit to test for strep throat. This is definitely my go to for urgent care matters. I recommend Dr. Katoo for your urgent care needs as well.
