- ESErica Speranza4 days ago5.0Great service/Hospitality from all staff and both doctors are exceptional, especially Dr. Caldwell! Only issue I always have though is getting my eyeglasses, that I purchase there, corrected if they get bent or loose. An awesome service that was communicated to me before choosing LensCrafters was that any Pair of frames purchased there, I could come in and get tighten and fixed if they get bent anytime… but it always seems to be an inconvenience when I ask and this last time I went, the woman doing it clearly didn’t know how but attempted anyways. After 30 mins trying to work with her, she wasn’t able to fix them and told me I should just come back when a tech is there. Which would be fine if not everyone knows how to fix them, but then they should just communicate that vs. wasting my time and allow appts to be made for fixing eyeglasses. Again. Very sweet staff and appts always go great with the docs, which is why this is a 5 star review. But the above is just a repeat issue that would dramatically improve the experience that much more.
