  I have been going to the black and white on jefferson and gray for about 16 years. The Doctors in black & white are great and Dr.Green is an excellent Doctor,,,the problem that i have is when they have to send your eye glasses to this dump of a place in southfield,,,my Versace glasses came up missing and was never found,,,they are going to wrong the wrong person, just the matter of time

  Very unprofessional they never called me to tell me my glasses were in. I had to keep calling to see. They threw out my original prescription lenses and told me I should have told them that I wanted to keep them right then and there.

  I have been going to Black & White for six years to get my glasses & they have always been professional & timely. My most recent visit, last week, I needed my glasses back within a week (I'll be going out of town) and they got them ready in 2 days! I am very pleased with the service I received. Would recommend 10/10!

  Very unorganized. Had an appointment and wasn't seen for over an hour after the appointment time. Clerks were rude and wouldn't even make eye contact. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
