My daughter had two teeth pulled today, and I was very nervous going in because we previously had a not-so-great experience at another office. Dr. Metwally has an amazing bedside manner. He was calm, kind, and very reassuring. The assistant in the room (I wish I remembered her name!) was also incredibly sweet and supportive the entire time. What really stood out was how they connected with my daughter. They took the time to talk with her about her upcoming vacation and made her feel excited and happy, which helped ease her nerves so much. It meant a lot to me as a parent to see her feel so comfortable. Everything went smoothly, and the whole experience was better than I could have imagined. I’m so grateful we found this office and would highly recommend them, especially for anyone with a child who may be nervous 🩷
