  I buy the majority of my groceries from this Kroger but I will be going to Meijer or Aldi from now on. I ordered a pickup order for 4 at 4:30 it was still not ready. They were out of two items one was bacon onsale for 2.99 I ordered two they substituted it for a mich more expensive bacon that was thick cut they lowered the price to 7.98 so charged me $2 more and I did not approve the substitution. They were out of one of the cereals and didn't bother to tell me until pickup and offered no substitute. Luckily I had added an extra item because the cereal was part of the buy 5 get $1 off each. They loaded the items into my trunk and when I got home I noticed they didn't bother to bag half of it. Even Aldi bags pickup orders.

  While the staff is mostly nice, the pharmacist is beyond unhelpful. When picking up a prescription she said I needed to call ahead so it can be filled. Okay, well I'm here. Can you check the box or whatever is needed to get it in the que to be filled? No-you must call it in. Okay, I step to the side and call her. She goes off on me saying I don't understand. What's to understand? I want to get my prescription filled. It was a box off the shelf-no mixing-no measuring.
