  This place deserves more than five stars. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the entire team. Evan, the stretcher was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident in the process. Jenna, the manager, runs the studio very well and clearly takes pride in the experience they provide. Alex at the front desk was very welcoming, outgoing and helpful, and the lead stretcher Hailey, was also wonderful and you can tell there is a very good system put in place at this facility. What stood out most to me was how knowledgeable everyone was. It’s obvious that they are very selective about who they hire and that the staff truly understands the body and the importance of proper stretching. They take the time to talk with you about your goals and then make a stretching plan that meets your needs, which I really appreciated. I ultimately decided not to move forward with a membership because I am still weighing my options between this and continuing care with my chiropractor. However, I would absolutely encourage anyone to give StretchLab a try. The staff and the service itself are excellent. Some of the negative reviews I have seen seem to focus more on corporate policies rather than the actual studio, and that should not take away from the quality of care and professionalism provided by the team here. I had a very positive experience and would gladly recommend this location to others. #StretchLabShelbyTwp

  The Services are great, but scheduling is HORRIBLE! Convenience is not a factor at this place, I just went to a scheduled appointment that was scheduled by their staff to be told my appointment was cancelled with no notification to me.

  I had a wonderful experience! My flexologist Dillon was friendly and incredibly thorough. Molly provided excellent customer service. I look forward to my next visit!
