They called another Kroger store and they had it so they sent info to them and my prescription was filled and acknowledged by text within 15 min. WE just had to drive out and pick it up. Easy and prompt during the Christmas/New Year time when they could not get delivery til after the holidays.

I asked why it was so much and the head pharmacist poked up in the background and said “it’s Christmas, we are pocketing all the extra money”. First of all not funny, and really not funny when I’m being taken advantage of. They switch to a 30 day script from a 90 and it goes down from $30 to $2. Makes a ton of sense right……. So I ask if I could get the 30 day dose instead, she says sure, but you have to wait until later today. I get home 5 minutes later and call to get an eta. They says it’s ready sir. What a total waste of my time and slap in my face. There is just no need for it.
