  My family and I are very satisfied with Home Instead. Management selected Lori to help care for our mom who is 100 years old. Lori is a blessing to mom and us; she takes such good care of her. Lori is much more than a "caregiver:" she's a helper and a companion. She helps in preparing meals, assists mom with showering and polishes her nails, changes mom's bedding and does her laundry. Lori has become a friend to all of us. She actually feels like part of our family. Thank you "Home Instead." Thank you Lori. The family of Gladys

  I would highly recommend Home Instead to anyone who needs home care for a loved one. I had an urgent situation with my mom. I called and spoke with Debbie and Victoria and they helped me put together a plan and got it implemented in just a few short days. They took the time to make sure the care givers they assigned to my mom would be a good fit for her. The team of care givers have been wonderful. They have exceeded our expectations. This service has been a life saver for our family.

  I would highly recommend Home Instead for your loved ones care. My mom is not a very easy person to care for/live with. They were spot on in matching her with her caregiver. The caregiver was so compassionate, and was not only a caregiver but became a wonderful friend for my Mom. She also was great with keeping us informed of any concerns or problems with my mom. I also cant say enough about Victoria and the whole office staff. They were very efficient and quick to respond to any of our calls/concerns.

  My family and I would like everyone to know about the wonderful/ professional care my mother recieved from Home Instead!! They paired my mom with an amazing caregiver that was patient, kind and always prompt when caring for my mom. Whenever there was a concern/inquiry, the office staff returned our calls in a timely manner. We are eternally grateful for the care Home Instead provided to our mother!!

  Many thanks to Home Instead for having such great caregivers! As a family, we did not think we would need Home Instead, but my 90 year old Mom could not be happier with the "friend" that she spends time with 12 hours a week. They are two peas in a pod and it lets my Mom remain in her home. Such a gift to our family and gives us peace of mind that my Mom is enjoying this experience.
