- SHSteve HendersonMar 31, 20265.0New facility with an amazing young owner and staff. This place is CLEAN, well organized and bright. The music is upbeat as are the staff’s attitudes! We had private training sessions and they were exactly what I would expect based on the rest of the gym. They checked in early to see our goals, and often during the workouts. The best kept secret in the South Ann Arbor / West Saline area!

It’s a smaller facility, but they’ve done a great job with the layout — there are enough machines and equipment that I’ve never had to wait to use anything, even during busier times. I also really enjoy the 24/7 access. Being able to work out on my schedule is a huge plus. Overall, it’s a convenient, clean, and efficient place to train. Highly recommend!
