  We have only had a great experience with this pharmacy. When the rite aid pharmacy closed we switched to Kroger's pharmacy and highly recommend. The pharmacist Carol who transferred to Kroger after the rite aid closed has always been extremely helpful. We have never had any issues with any of the techs especially the ones that have worked there for a while. Keep up the good work!

  I recently had a surgery and the doctor had to prescribe stronger pain medicine as what he prescribed me wasn't working simply ask the lady why it was taking so long it had been 4 hours since the prescription was called in I could hear her yell in the background this guy is yelling at me I'm not going to take this I'm going to let you talk to the pharmacist so then the pharmacist gets on says I'm sorry I've been giving covid shots all day so we're way behind completely ridiculous prescriptions get put on the back burner because you're giving covet shots what are well-being don't mean nothing I'm going to switch my pharmacy Kroger pharmacy is too much to deal with

  I recently switched from Kroger to Rite Aid because I’ve had so many problems after Bob retired. I ran out of a medication 15 days early and that’s when I realized Kroger had shorted me 30 pills out of 60. When I tried to talk to them about it they treated me like a drug addict and said there is no way they miscounted (this wasn’t even a narcotic). I also told them the bottle was not initialed by the pharmacy which they always do. They still didn’t believe me so I called and talked to the store manager and he had them look into it. Sure enough I got a call that they found a bottle of 30 pills on some shelf with my name on it. They weren’t apologetic and just blamed it on a newer girl “just doing her job” so I switched. I am so happy with Rite Aid so far. Their customer service is amazing and I hardly ever have to wait.
