  Mrs Russell is an AMAZING therapist. For years I was so scared to even talk to someone. She made it so easy. She’s friendly, consist, and actually cares about her patients. She took the time to listen to me and talk about things and use trial and error to eventually come up with the right course of action for my situation. I am forever grateful for finding this place and her. I’ve been with her a long while now, never had a problem. She gave me the courage to try things I was so scared to try. And I’m forever glad I did. My life has really improved because of her.

  All about the money and WAY less about your mental health. Not understanding and will drop you like a bad habit if you can’t make it to your appointment. But the therapists can cancel on you as much as they want without notice- Hypocritical at its finest. Thats great practice for individuals with mental health disorders. We just love driving to appointments just to be told therapist isn’t there. Or show up and the doors are locked. But omg don’t waste a second of THEIR time, after all they are way more prestige and important than YOU. “Doctors” aka Nurse practitioners called in the wrong meds several times. “Do no harm” motto does not apply here. You are just a number- no loyalty and definitely don’t care about your well being. Little old lady in La La land…running the front desk and doesn’t know what is going on- EVER. Doesn’t communicate with staff if you call to cancel or reschedule…that is if they even answer the phone. This place is a joke. A bunch of retired school social workers playing Dr House.

  Run! Don't walk. This place is absolutely terrible. We had an appointment with the psychiatrist scheduled Monday. My husband drove my son all the way from Southfield to St Clair only to be told there was no appointment. They acted like he was crazy. Even after he played the call to them from a recorded line proving he made it, they refused to do anything. He had to sit in the waiting room for another 2 hours to try and get someone to prescribe our sons meds before he goes away to a program for the next 20 weeks. Then today we were supposed to have his therapy session. We get a call telling us they had to cancel his appointment because the dr had to go to his sons baseball game. I'm super glad that took precedence over my sons mental health. How did you not know your own schedule? So now again, my son has had a super rough week behaviorally and needed this appointment before leaving and twice these people screwed him over and didn't seem to care at all. I will tell everyone who will listen and will be reporting them through the proper channels.
