Thank you Jon and Jordan for explaining my insurance and the Dr was great!!! Explained my stigmatism and everything else!! Amber and the other gal were sweet as well! 10 stars if I could :)

I gave them the correct information, and told them if there was any problems to call me right back because I was leaving work early for my appt. Person on the phone assured me he would call me back if there was any issues. I did not hear from them so showed up for my appointment. Yeah, they told me they'd have to bill me because they couldn't get insurance to go thru. Total waste of time and why would they wait till the last minute right before an appointment to make sure things are good since they had all the info before ... No apologies. Nothing. I won't be back
