The staff there is one of the best I have been and I've been to quite a lot of medical offices in my lifetime. The quality of my eye exam by Dr Blum was very thorough. Dr Blum made me feel very comfortable from begining to end. Her very first statement before the exam was "there are no wrong answers". I found myself very relaxed at that point...needless to say, I have made this my regular office. Sincerely, L. Stovall
- JSJeff StutmanFeb 6, 20261.0The lens appeared cracked on the Cartier eyeglasses, that I only wear for special occasion. I went to the optique, and was greeted as a second glass citizen. The technician and the manager just brushed me off. First, the technician said that the screw was over tightened, I mentioned that no one touched the screw except the optique. Then she called the manager who said that glasses are too old and I gotta buy a new set of lenses. Both were very rude. I will be contacting Cartier, as well, to let them know about this incident.
