Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

    All of the women in the store were kind and welcoming right when I walked in the door. Dr. Liberman was wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and was very thorough throughout my exam. As this being the first time I have needed glasses, I appreciated him taking the time to make sure I understood everything I needed to know and answering all questions I had. When picking out glasses several of the women jumped at the opportunity to help me. A special shout out to Nita who went above and beyond helping not only myself, but my sister and mother as well. Thanks!

    Mid September 2025, 9-15 and 9-16. I visited this location to drop off my glasses for a warranty claim. My previous purchase at Pearle was within the last year 10/2024 and so I filed a claim to have my lenses replaced due to a scratch on the coating. I was advised that my lenses would be back to me in 7-10 business days. So I contacted the store on 10/4/25 to check my warranty status. The rep advised me she couldn’t find my order in the system a she would call me back EOB for a status update. I never received a call back so I called back on Monday 10/6/25 and spoke with Angelica. She stated she couldn’t find my order in the system despite me dropping it off two weeks prior. I asked to speak with a manager, Tracy who stated she was able to locate my order and it usually takes 14 business days to process a claim and that the people who assisted me earlier were new and didn’t know any better. She told me to follow up next week and they should be done. This was two weeks ago and I’ve followed up since then to no avail. Each time I’ve called I’m given the run around and that my lenses are to be ready the following week. It is now 10/15 a full month has passed without my frames and I have even had to order another set in the interim due to having no real good backup pair. I called today on 10/15 and am still being told they should be ready any day, and the drop off was “only two weeks ago”. This was a lie because I dropped off the lenses mid September and followed up early October after being advised they would be replaced in 7-10 days. Update: The manager Tracy reached out to me and I was not only able to get my glasses back but they gave me a whole new second pair on the house! Her professionalism and attention to detail rectified the situation and I appreciate her help!! Updating my review.
