  Kroger doesnt care about the pharmacy, or the community. Part of being a business in the community is caring about it. The pharmacy is the worst pharmacy ive been too. The guy working the counter is rude and doesnt know anything. Couldnt be bothered to be asked anything. Another woman is rude everytime ive been here to me anyone else in line. The pharmacist literally lied to me. Told me he couldnt fill, or run my insurance. Come to find out he did thinking I left. Tried to tell me 2 days early was fraud. Even after asking I dont need the perscicption can u just run my insurance since u have it. Tried to tell me it wasnt legal. He couldnt till I picked it up. He immediately ran my insurance thinking I was gone. After asking him he tried to blame the secretary at my dr. I was clear. Could careless about helping, lied, and tried to bill my insurance after I left. Tried to play it off like je didn't understand. The pharmacy uses discretion by the way. The actions of the pharmacist were shady, greedy and lied too. Do not fill anything here. Do not be loyal to a place that could careless about the community. In fact contacting the board, through the State to have this place investigated is probably what needs to happen. Something was off, trying to bill my insurance after saying he couldnt. Then have me pay cash when I came back? Keep the money? If not it was just to be difficult. Which isnt their job. The reviews for those place is concerning. No pharmacy should have these poor of reviews. Pharmacies are a part of our community. I think if the staff and the pharmacist knew how easy it was for me to talk to state. Out of having family in medicine who are actually on the board. Something isnt right here. Either way do not support this place till they get their crap together here. You never know who youre talking too. Or who knows who or who is connected to who. Thats the issue with this kind of behavior. Eventually it will bite you. Blaming the front desk of my Doctors was low, he knew he was caught. Telling people you cant do something and doing it when they leave like running insurance cause claiming running it 2 days early would be illegal and lying and doing it anyways. Is illegal. Whatever the reason will be found out. Here are members of the Pharmacy board of the State of Michigan.Chair Michael Sleiman, Vice Chair Rony Foumia, and members like Pierre Boutros, Kyle McCree, Kelli Oldham, Grace Sesi, and Sandra Taylor. Will be contacted. Im sure kroger has everything recorded from conversation to cameras. You will see multiple interactions. If you ask the guy at the front desk if he tells the truth he will tell u this is true. Caught! I believe i was being scammed or being screwed with. Either way its illegal. Be ready for the board to be notified! Its not medication thats the issue ots the telling me he wont run my insurance and doing it thinkkng I left. After lying to me. You will see the cancelation. This is not ok! Will held accountable. Look at all the bad reviews, in Brighton! This isnt a coffee shop. Its a pharmacy! Not one reply on here taking any level of responsibility here. Zero. Not one response to anyone. Im guessing for lawsuits. Being screwed with and lied to at least is discrimination or immoral for whatever reason. Probably just cause he could. Not ok. Whatever the reason will be found out. Again telling someone you wont run their insurance two days early. Which your allowed too. Cause its fraud. Then doing it after I leave thinking I would catch him is fraud.

  if i could give zero stars i would. entirely unprofessional behavior i experienced today over the phone with the pharmacist. you cannot yell at patients over the phone trying to talk over me while i’m trying to explain to you why exactly im frustrated. you are rude, disrespectful and out of line. i truly hope you never speak to anyone like this on the phone again but since you were so comfortable doing it with me im sure this is the attitude you carry with you everyday.

  First and last time attempting to come to this Pharmacy. I just moved and had an amazing experience with the Kroger Pharmacy in 25 mile so I didn’t think much of the change this Pharmacy apparently has an issue filling my script an issue I’ve never had at the other pharmacy. He pharmacist with brown hair and glasses truly does not know how to talk to people. I watched him argue with the car in front of me for over 10 minutes before that Car gave up and drove away. The Pharmacist truly could not have cared less than less empathetic or had a worse tone if he tried I decided to call the 25 mile Kroger and they were willing to help and saw no issue in refilling my script so I guess I will be driving out to Shelby Township once a month since this Pharmacy doesn’t know how to do its job.

  Refused a refill prescription after major surgery that was taken as directed. Rude, didn’t care, told me what the meds were for as I was some sort of drug addict. All they had to look at was my past history to see, I hadn’t had any of those medicines in all of the time I’ve used their pharmacy. Moving pharmacies to CVS on 12 mile.
