  We purchased a pair of hearing aids last June, almost 1 year ago. We purchased insurance and they take out premium monthly from our checking account. We made a claim on February 1st, 2024 because one was missing. To date, May 29, we have not heard back from Miracle Ear, Toni Ristonski. We have called and was told he’d call us back. No return calls. We call and get the central appointment desk and they looked up our account and said they could not find that a claim was made. They would have Toni call me. Again, no calls. Now the second one stopped working and we have No hearing aids and a bill of $155.00 a month for 6 yrs.DO NOT USE MIRACLE EAR WHATEVER YOU DO!!! They have ripped us off. I’ve looked on the Facebook website Miracle Ear Sucks and found other people have had the same experience. I was told to get an attorney & sue. I need to find the owner of this franchise.

  My 24 year old daughter was experiencing some trouble hearing for awhile due to heavy and loud machines at work. She researched reviews for hearing centers/ clinics and decided on Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid on 12 mile in Roseville. The location is convenient and easy to find with adequate parking. The office is pleasant and comfortable. My daughter was a little nervous at first, however started to relax after speaking and being registered by the receptionist. Waiting time was brief and then my daughter was greeted by hearing specialist Toni Ristovski. In the appointment he explained the entire testing procedure including how the brain and ear interpret and relay sound, the scoring for hearing loss and potential solutions. After the hearing test, which involved a series of various pitched sounds, Ristovski determined she doesn't have hearing loss, he recommended she follow up with an ENT doctor to clean wax build up in one ear and to rule out any type of infection. She received a copy of her hearing test, and brochures on ear health. We also found out about the symptomatic similarities of Alzheimers disease and untreated hearing loss, which helped shed light on some issues my mother is experiencing. My daughter purchased earplugs for her noisy job and i purchased eardrops for my ears. It was a great office visit. Thank you in advance

  Jennie G. & Karen G. My niece accompanied me to my appointment, and we both found the Technician, Shane Markle, to be thorough, patient, proficient and kind. His office has a scheduled lunch time between clients, and he utilized some of that time to ensure everything was in order for me. That "ABOVE and BEYOND" service was demonstrated throughout the visit, because he genuinely cares, and it showed -- thank you!

  My mom walked in but was told she had to make an appointment. When she called to cancel, they charged her anyway.
