His office has a scheduled lunch time between clients, and he utilized some of that time to ensure everything was in order for me. That "ABOVE and BEYOND" service was demonstrated throughout the visit, because he genuinely cares, and it showed -- thank you!

Further, we never charge for missed appointments, cancellations etc, so I'm positive you must be referring to a different office. Again, I apologize for the misunderstanding from any Miracle Ear rep, and we would be happy to address your concerns at our Roseville location on Gratiot Ave. We are a family owned franchise for over 25 years and we will personally make sure our customers are satisfied.
