  This pharmacy has its ups and downs. One person will tell you a date you can get your meds another says you can't get them on that date. Makes it very difficult. I think his name is Mike.. he is always great to help figure out what's right or wrong. Normally they can get your meds done between 15 mins to 2 hours.. I do get text notifications when they are ready.

  Austin Kim the Asst Pharmacy Manager is a great example of customer service! He is always kind and does a fantastic job!

  Recently I called this Kroger pharmacy to ask whether you had a particular medicine in stock, I was told you did but only had 50 and I could only get a weeks supply. I came to the store with my prescription and the Tech told me that I had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes, so I walked around the store and did a little shopping. When I returned to the pharmacy to pick up the medicine, I was then told by the pharmacist that I couldn't get a weeks supply because he only had the 50 and those were for his customers only. I left pretty upset because I was told that I could get a weeks supply, and I came all that way and wasted all that time to then be told that I couldn't get it. Because I called and was told that I could get it I believe the pharmacist should have been courteous and given me the weeks supply.
