The front office staff are professional, friendly and always helpful. I highly recommend this location for your eye exam and eyewear purchases.

I had to switch from my long term eye doctor's office to a different office that was in network. This did give me some anxiety, with so many different options in the area. After reading lots of positive reviews, I decided to give Pearle Vison in Rochester Hills a try. I am now here to give my positive review. I was in desperate need of contacts, and my experience from start to finish was quick, pleasant, and easy! The lady at the front (Patti, I believe) was super warm and welcoming from the second I walked in the door. Since I was a new patient, the Dr. did want to take some additional photos of my eyes. Dr. Clark pulled up these photos on his computer in front of me, explained and showed me exactly what he was looking at and for. I really appreciated that, and didn't mind paying extra for the images at all. The other two ladies who helped me order my contacts were super kind and great too! I will be back :)

I didn’t want to drive there for eye care anymore so I gave this a try Earlier reviews were not good so I was not sure what I’d be walking into It was a great experience from top to bottom. The doctor was informative and efficient. The person helping me choose lenses (MaryAnn maybe?) actually helped me by showing me the frames she had ordered that were not on display anymore. She noticed the ones I chose from the wall were similar and pulled hers out to show me. I ended up ordering her lenses! That’s a first for sure They have a good selection of lenses. I also ordered daily contacts which fit comfortably. I’m waiting on the orders for both, I expect about 3-4 weeks from the sounds of it. Looking forward to picking up my glasses
- JAJ AHDec 22, 20254.0My experience with Dr. Clarke At the Rochester Hills, Michigan, location has always been excellent. I would highly recommend him. I would not recommend Pearle vision in Troy nor the chain aside from Dr Clarke. The doctor at the Troy location scratched my cornea and then when confronted by my complaint, claimed I came in with it scratched which was utterly and completely a lie to cover up his negligence. When asked to provide non-altered records of my visit, Pearle vision would not release them to me without a legal demand. It was a very painful and costly experience as I had to take off work due to the injury.. For this reason I would NOT recommend Pearle Vision.
