    My husband has had hearing aids from Miracle Ear for many years and has been 100% happy with the product and, most importantly, the service. Having moved several times, he has used three different offices and each one has provided excellent service and accommodation for his needs.     I am 63 and brought in my 87 year old mother who has serious hearing loss and was "making do" with a drugstore bought simple hearing aid, completely inappropriate for her situation. Miracle Ear's Anna was outstanding working with her. Anna reduced the "tech fear" of using a smart phone to control new hearing aids, and taught her what she needed in digestible segments at her speed. A retired Naval Officer with hearing aids of my own. I was VERY impressed with Anna's teaching approach and technical expertise.

    My mother in law had purchased inferior hearing aids from another company and was very dissatisfied. We took her to Miracle Ear and met Annie, who spent a considerable amount of time making sure that she had the best testing results for her. Annie didn't try to sell us the top of the line, most expensive item she sell. She offered a great product that is manageable by my mother in law and the technology was not too complicated. Before these hearing aids, batteries were a huge topic for my mother in law. With these new aids, the rechargeable, titanium batteries make our lives so much easier. Annie has taken great care and time with us to make sure that mom's hearing is as good as can be. We would recommend her services highly.
